Pro Tip: As you come to the close of this school year, reflect and write down your failures in every facet of your work. Post your list in a place you will walk by on a daily basis and continue to reflect on them throughout the next month. Make plans to improve at least 2-3 things you believe to be the most vital to the coming years success. Rinse and repeat! If we fail to acknowledge and make plans to overcome our shortcomings in teaching you are sure to burnout. Renew your mind and next years path will begin to fall into place as you begin to rest over the summer.
